- 1 package (8? oz) cornbread mix
- 6 dashes hot pepper sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped

D) In a large bowl, beat the eggs, mix in the milk, butter, cornbread mix, and hot pepper sauce. Mix well!
Then add the onion, broccoli, shrimp, and 1½ cups of cheese. When it is blended nicely carefully take the hot

E) Evenly spread the rest of the cheese on the top of the mix in the skillet and put back into the
oven. Let it bake for 30-35 minutes. Once out of the oven you may put the bacon bits and parsley on the
top. Serve and enjoy!
