the past, today’s cooks have discovered that cast iron skillets, griddles, pots, pans, Dutch ovens and other
types of cast iron cookware are capable of producing an amazing array of delicious, home cooked

This delicious treat is perfect for birthday parties to picnics.
If you can use a microwave, you can make scrumptious corn dogs that your friends and family will love. Just
remember to use wooden skewers (found easily in your neighborhood grocery store) and
serve!
Cooking Instructions:
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking
time: 15-18 minutes
*Makes about 15 servings (sticks)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup and 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/ cup oil
Cooking Steps:
A) Set oven to 425 degrees to preheat, place in the
greased cast iron pans as well, to heat up.
B) While the pans are heating, mix the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking soda, salt, dill weed, and onion in
a bowl.
C) In a small bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and oil. And then pour into the dry mix. Stir well!
D) Take the cast iron pans out of the oven and pour the batter in. Place back into the oven and bake
for 15-18 minutes.
