Miniature Muffins

The unique sweetness of this recipe comes from the cinnamon sugar. With a dollop
of jam or jelly, you can make your muffins even sweeter.
Cooking
Instructions:
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 17 minutes
*Makes about 18 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups of all purpose flour
- 1/3
cup of sugar
- 2
teaspoon of salt
- 1
beaten egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1
teaspoon of cinnamon
- 3
tablespoons of melted butter
Cooking Steps:
A) Preheat to 400 degrees and grease your cast-iron muffin pan.
B) Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder.
C) Mix the egg, milk and oil. Pour it into the middle of the mixture.
D) Put the batter in the pre-greased pan and fill it until it is 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 17
minutes.
E) Cool off the muffins and sprinkle on the sugar and cinnamon.
