Simple Buttermilk Drop Biscuits

These are the easiest biscuits to make. Once you have mixed the ingredients,
just drop a spoonful on your pan and bake! You also can find cast-iron muffin pans that make nice, round
muffins.

Instructions:
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 16 minutes
*Makes about 14 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cups
of all purpose flour
- 1
tablespoon of baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon of baking soda
- 2
teaspoons of sugar
- ½
teaspoon of cream of tartar
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt
- ½ cup
of butter
- 1 3/4 cups of buttermilk
Cooking Steps:
A)Preheat to 450 degrees
B) Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, cream of tartar and salt in a bowl.
C) Add the buttermilk and mix until well blended.
D) Drop the dough into a greased cast-iron
griddle and bake for about 16 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
