Salmon

the past, today’s cooks have discovered that cast iron skillets, griddles, pots, pans, Dutch ovens and other
types of cast iron cookware are capable of producing an amazing array of delicious, home cooked

translucent. Only a few minutes makes the difference!
Cooking Instructions:
Prep Time: 35 minutes

Time: 5 minutes
*Makes about 2 servings
Ingredients:
- Salmon fillets for two (6-8 oz per
serving)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 lemon halves
Cooking Steps:
A) On the both sides of your salmon, carefully squeeze lemon
juice over it, along with spreading the salt, pepper, and dill on both sides as well. Then, place in the
refrigerator for 30 minutes to stand.
B) Set your stove to a medium high heat and place your cast iron skillet (preferably 10-inch) on the burner.
C) Heat the butter in the skillet then carefully place salmon into it. Sear for 2 minutes (equal amounts on both
sides of the fish). After both sides are seared, your fish should be complete. Remember the description of a
well cooked salmon!
D) Serve with lemon halves and enjoy (best when
warm)!
