the past, today’s cooks have discovered that cast iron skillets, griddles, pots, pans, Dutch ovens and other
types of cast iron cookware are capable of producing an amazing array of delicious, home cooked

This is also another simple biscuit recipe. Just mix the ingredients and
bake.

Instructions:
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 12 minutes
*Makes about 14 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cups
of all purpose flour
- 3
teaspoons of baking powder
- 1
teaspoon of salt
- 3
tablespoons of vegetable shortening
- 2
tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup
of milk
Cooking Steps:
A) Heat oven to 450 degrees
B) Mix flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl
C) Slice the shortening and butter and mix into the batter with a fork. Also add the milk and mix.
D) Drop the dough into a greased cast-iron
griddle and bake for about 16 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
